A bright and herbaceous cake, inspired by the greenery found in Chinampas. 

Flavor notes: peppery, slightly sweet, earthy

Ingredients: cassava flour, millet flour, eggs, lactose free milk, basil, chives, lactose free cream cheese baking powder, salt, black pepper.
